It is not that I am tired of their mimicking mentality, which is often brought up as an issue, but the quality of the imitation. Imagine how I was thrown off to have bitten a cream buscuit (a pastry covered by some cooky crust with filling of custard) that I got from a Korean pastry shop that apparently borrowed every items and ideas from thier Japanese competitor in NYC. My heart sank to&n bsp;discover the texture that has far apart from the original cream buscuit one Japanese pastry shop originated. O.K, if you mimick the original, be more faithful.
